This is a post natal Pilates class that allows you to get in shape while having fun with your baby. Classes are designed specifically for new mums, and all the challengings that brings. The classes will focus on understanding the changes your body goes through, the importance of posture and practicing safe and effective exercises in the post natal period. The classes focus on strengthening core muscles, correcting postural issues including back and pelvic pain.
Each class is preceded in assessing each new client for possible abdominal separation.

Mum and Baby Pilates classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays 10.30am- 11.30am. at The Pilates Hub, Pilates Studio, beside Rathfarnham Village, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.
